ProfileTap is a digital identity platform that allows users to create and share profiles using NFC cards and accessories, QR codes, and web-based profile links. ProfileTap operates under Vedanta Core.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile content. You must not upload illegal, misleading, or infringing material. You retain ownership of your content but grant us the rights needed to display it on our platform.

ProfileTap may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions, or credit-based features. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice communicated through the platform.

AI features are optional and opt-in. Output is generated automatically and should be reviewed before use. ProfileTap is not liable for decisions taken based on AI-generated output.

You agree not to misuse NFC or QR links, harvest or scrape data, impersonate others, or use the platform for spam or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, illegal or abusive activity is detected, or when required by law.

Platform software, branding, and UI are owned by Vedanta Core. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform.

ProfileTap is provided as is. We are not liable for business losses, data loss beyond reasonable safeguards, or indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify ProfileTap against claims arising from misuse or violations of these terms, including legal fees and damages.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Maharashtra, India.
